At Technovate Academy, we aim to provide a smooth and positive learning experience. To help everyone enjoy organized and high-quality training, please take a moment to review our friendly, but clear, payment guidelines.


1. Payment Policy


  • Course fees must be settled before the start of the program, unless an installment plan has been arranged and approved.
  • We accept payments via online payment, bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash, or other approved methods.
  • For installment plans, please follow the agreed schedule so we can keep your access and certificates active.


2. No Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)


To ensure fair planning, trainer availability, and smooth operations, Technovate Academy follows a strict No Refund Policy.


When you enroll, you agree that:


All payments are final and non-refundable, even if you:


  • Change your mind
  • Experience schedule conflicts
  • Cannot attend due to work, travel, health, or personal reasons
  • Once a seat is reserved or materials/access links are sent, refunds cannot be issued.
  • We truly value your commitment, and this policy helps us maintain high-quality training for everyone.


3. Rescheduling & Course Transfer Options


  • Although payments are non-refundable, we do our best to be flexible:
  • You may request to move to the next batch, depending on availability.
  • Requests should be made at least 48 hours before the program begins.
  • You may also transfer to another course one time, provided the fees are similar and the transfer is requested before attending the first session.
  • Emergencies will be considered with proper documentation (still no refund, but we will try to help with rescheduling).


4. If Technovate Academy Needs to Reschedule or Cancel


In rare cases where we need to adjust a class due to trainer schedules or low registration, you will receive:


  • A free move to another batch, or
  • A full course credit to use for any of our programs
  • (Note: Credits are non-refundable but fully transferable to other programs.)


5. Certificates & Completion


To receive your certificate, please ensure:


  • Full payment is completed
  • Attendance requirements are met
  • Any assessments (if applicable) are submitted
  • We may hold certificates for accounts with outstanding balances.


6. Digital Materials & Access


  • All materials, recordings, and links provided are for your personal learning only.
  • They cannot be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
  • Once materials or access have been issued, the no-refund rule still applies.


7. Agreement


By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and understood these friendly but firm guidelines, including our No Refund Policy.
